I did have an issue in the beginning - the company forgot I had booked them!! Once this was rectified, they came when they said they would. Luan and his team member were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and professional to deal with. They took their time and completed the job in 3 days - they were very exact in everything they did. They cleaned up every last speck of dust outside. They company did not take one single penny from me until the job was completed. Definitely recommend them.

After shopping around, we purchased a large window and a patio door from this company. We found Custom Aluminum to be competitive, competent and punctual. We will purchase from them again, and would highly recommend them.

This company was exactly what they said they were!
I saw there ad in the flyers and called to have an estimate. I met with Danny and he came the next day, within 3 days I had a price. They were very cost competitive. Because of the great service provided by Danny, quick response and competitive pricing I choose Custom Aluminum. They work was very clean and did a fantastic job. Danny even came back and did a final walk through to ensure the work was at par. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Despite having received good and somewhat prompt service from this company a year ago when necessary work was required on our eves and flashing, I can no longer say that is the case and will not recommend them to anyone. In recent months I've been in touch asking them to return for a smaller repair. Numerous calls and promises to come out "next week", being told "be patient" to most recently not returning calls, confirms they are not interested in repeat business or customer referrals. Understanding a small job is not as attractive as the bigger projects in front of them, I would hope they would make the effort for a previous client. If not, then be upfront with not being able to complete the job. I'm sorry I wasted so much time reaching out to them.

We had damage done to our siding due to a terrible storm...
We contacted several companies, all of whom were swamped due to the effects of the storm. Some companies didn't even return our calls, others said we`d have to wait a minimum of 2 months...

We dealth with Jeff N, who was sympathetic to our situation and did everything possible to accomodate us, including coming to our home after hours and on weekends. The workers who actually did the job were professional and friendly.

We would gladly use C.A. again, should the need arise.
