Basement Apartment and Separate Entrance
This was probably Mike's most difficult project ever due to matters outside his control but it shows how much Mike was able to work through any obstacle that came his way. The project took longer than any of us would have imagined but it doesn't take away from the fact that it was quality work.
Mike ensured all of our requests were met (and there were many) and that the work was done with quality in mind.

John, thank you for the generous review. This project was rather difficult due to the high water table and the obvious issues with this specific building inspection office.
