From initial design, picking materials, sourcing lighting and hardware, this process is very easy and smooth. They have an inside Designer who really knows her stuff. She made lots of suggestions and everything turned out beautifully. Their Project Manager was great! He listened, communicated well and ran the project on time and within budget. Bought a townhouse with an unfinished basement. Interviewed 3 companies and settled on 310Reno to do a build out from scratch; approx. 1,200 sq. ft. Included moving HVAC system, relocated structural posts, 3 piece bathroom with sauna, stacked brick gas fireplace, wet bar with semi-custom cabinetry and gym. From design to finishing we were extremely happy with the the process and the results. Most importantly the project was brought in on budget with no surprises. Through the process they were very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend 310Reno.

When we decided to renovate our basement, we interviewed several contractors as this was an important investment for us. When we first met with Mike, we were gladly surprised by his willingness to listen and understand what we wanted. He added his personal touch to each of our conversations, was genuinely interested in providing a great service, and was very realistic and flexible enough to accommodate our budget, which was very important for us.
His team was very professional, including the designer Alexandra, the project manager Igor and all the other specialists who worked in the project in areas like electricity, floor, tiling, cabinetry, etc. Their workers were very respectful, left the premises clean and really knew they job.
What about the final result? Suffice to say that our new basement has become one of our favorite areas in our house. We are really satisfied with their work and 100% hire them again. Not only do they know their job, but they love what they do.
