310RENO Design & Renovation

We have just completed our second renovation project with 310-Reno. We have now completed two bathroom renovations and a complete kitchen makeover, and we most certainly will continue to use them for any future projects. Their pricing was honest and fair for such excellent work. Mike (The project supervisor) even worked with me to figure out the most cost effective solutions to keep our budget right.
We've worked with quite a few contractors in the past and have determined that communication and honesty are most important. You are entrusting your home to a reno company and you want to be sure that this company has integrity, quality and understands how to answer phone calls.

This team receives top marks for ensuring that I was well informed along the way.

Lastly, their work is quality and as I said previously, we will continue to use these guys in the future. No regrets!

Justin, Ralph and Mike did a fabulous job on our bathrooms. The job for the main bath was a complete makeover, including gutting everything right down to the studs and replacing all fixtures. They decided to change about 50% of the studs in the main bath even though it was not included in the contract! These guys were great to work with. They did the reno work for a reasonable cost and completed everything right on time, and were a pleasure to work with. They also did a few projects for my neighbour, and my neighbours were happy, so they did a great job with that as well. I would highly recommend 310 reno for any job.

I hired 310 Reno to renovate my bathroom, replace doors, and install a pocket door. In all cases they did a very professional job, were conscientious about cleanliness, hard-working,k very respectful and stuck to their quoted price.
I have always heard nightmare stories about home improvement companies who don't arrive when they say, leave your house in a huge mess and/or continue to add more costs every step of the way. Well, these gentlemen were the opposite of all that. I am extremely happy with the end result of the projects and will honestly recommend this renovation team to all.

Ensuite bathroom and family bathroom renovation done by 310reno looks great. Sean was polite and went above and beyond to ensure our two bathrooms were finished in a timely manner. After each day of work the area was left in a clean state. And, the job price remained exactly the same even though the guys ran into a few surprises. We are very pleased with the result.

I was very pleased with the installation of my new doors,casing and

baseboards by your team. Your guys arrived on time each day and finished the

project in the estimated time. All the team were respectuful and showed care

for our furniture and entire home as if it was their own. The carpenters and

painters were perhaps the best trades people we have had in our home, and we

have gone through many. I would definitely use the 310reno team again.

We recently undertook a renovation of our basement/office space. The project involved removal of a load bearing wall, all the existing drywall, framing, insulation, flooring, electrical,etc and the re-design and installation of everything. This project required a well thought out plan and a plan that involved real technical and design experience. Mike Jacobson and his team were great. Althought the crew were young guys they were very professional and courteous. They completed within the time they said and exactly on the budget.

After two years of contemplating, we decided to renovate the main bathroom. My dad recommended 310 Reno, a company he heard recommended by a host on his weekly radio shows. From the start they had an understanding of the concept I was lookin for.
Mike and his team were excellent, punctual and completed the project on the estimated date. They work cleanly and efficiently. The installers were helpful and it has resulted in our extreme satisfaction with the new bathroom.
