Great work! Kourosh Interior Contruction performed a complete reno of a mid-town tri-plex apartment. They performed a complete gut of the kitchen and bathroom (to the studs) and restoration of walls from multiple layers of painted-over wallpaper. The work was completed in good time and was pristine. We have used this company several times for similar work at other locations. Excellent!

Kourosh and his team completed a major renovation for main, 2nd and then my basement on time and on budget. We removed walls, relocated laundry added one bathroom to my main and he added a bathroom and kitchen in my basement. He and his team did all the framing, plumbing and electrical work. I am thrilled with the final result of my kitchen, basement, and washrooms renovation. I made my decision to choose Kourosh after researching him online and speaking to few of his previous customers. Kourosh would listen to my wish list and then discuss with me what the choices, it was easy to talk to him and the work was very good. In addition, he would present me with alternatives. Our previous contractor dropped off the map at the tail end of a large reno (over $200,000) and we still had some stuff that needed to be done! Unfortunately, it was a lot of small stuff - fixing drywall holes, finishing some hardwood flooring, minor electrical, minor paint and so on. It was extremely difficult to find people who were experts in each individual field willing to come in and do the small jobs that needed to get done so we had a finished product. In comes Kourosh who not only gave us a fair price and a reasonable timeline, but treated each single task placed before him with the expertise and care a specialist would! My wife and I were very happy with the work ethic (came on time every day), the quality of work (things were done as they should have been and when they were off, Kourosh made modifications to our satisfaction) and reasonable cost. To add to the well deserved praise, I will say that the house was 98% done when Kourosh started to work so I obviously didn't want to experience a constant "under construction" zone during the 10 days or so he was there. To alleviate my concerns Kourosh made sure the work areas were cleaned thoroughly at the end of each work day, which allowed our family to enjoy the home during this period.

Overall, I am very satisfied with his work and would certainly hire him again!

When I needed a person to rebuild a shower with serious leaks due to what turned out to be an improperly installation by another contractor three years earlier, a neighbour highly recommended I contact Kourosh Interior Construction Inc. I called Kourosh and we set a date for him to inspect the situation and then agreed on a price. Everything turned out great. He came when he promised to come, worked hard to complete the job and addressed all of my concerns in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. I now have a working shower for a fair price. I already told Kourosh that he will be my first choice for future home repair or renovation projects.

Kourosh is a consummate professional, detail oriented and extremely trustworthy. Our basement was finished to an excellent standard of workmanship on budget and on deadline (took approx. 10-15 weeks). When suppliers failed to come through with deliveries on time, he fought on our behalf and got us discounts.

Kourosh is also very professional. I really cant say enough good things about him. When he was not an expert in an area, he would always own up to that and seek advice and education from those who were, rather than give us wrong advice. (i.e. when we asked about radiant flooring). He also took us personally to other clients' homes to see "live" examples of his work.

The final result - a visibly professional finish completed by someone who clearly cares about his customers and his work. He also worked with us to add alot of custom design touches and finishes.

Forget the big companies. You are not going to find a better quality professional to finish your basement than Kourosh.
