This is a family owned business. The team works very hard to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the end result. We had a great relationship with this company during our renovation 7 years ago. Just recently we noticed the bottom door seal was ripped on our custom made front door. We contacted Mike Shaban of Window Land Co. and he immediately made arrangements to have a replacement made as our door is wider then average doors. Mike then took it upon himself to personally deliver the replacement door seal at no extra cost to us. We were surprised and very appreciative.
