Had a leaking window and an old door that needed to be replaced. Michael came and gave us an estimate for the work and the price was right on. Great pricing. The two man crew came in and completed the job and even finished in the dark. Nice job, clean up was good considering it was dark outside. For a custom job it was a good value.
Note:
Had another door and window added the following year but the after service experience was not great. The day of the job the incorrect color door lock set was installed. When I called the company I was told to have the installer put it in for the time being and they would be back to swap lock sets. After several phone attempts (and unreturned messages) had a lock set delivered but I had to install it myself.
The product is good just disappointed the second time around since the first experience was great. I worry how well they may follow up on warranty issues if I had difficulty get efficient service for a small matter.
Note: Warranty coverage was quick and efficient. Came quickly to look at a small problem.
