We were having some issues with our toilet so as usual we called WaterWorks and as usual we were not disappointed. A hassle free and pleasant experience thanks to Michael and his team. They are qualified professionals who work hard and are passionate about what they do. They "get" the complete customer service excellence experience, remaining connected and engaged with the customer from initial contact to completion of the job. It's good to know the cost of the job upfront with no surprises. No games. And they take full responsibility for the great work they do. When it comes to home repair issues (and our past experiences before WaterWorks), we firmly believe that you get what you pay for. A mistake many homeowners make is too much focus on saving time and money especially when it comes to home maintenance/repair issues. Don't make that mistake, it'll eventually cost you!
