The pipes behind my wall started rattling when the toilet would refill or when the cold water was turned on. Larry from WaterWorks checked it out and believed the issue was originating from the hot water tank and recommended the tank be serviced. I had Direct Energy come out for a look and was told it was not the tank. When I called WaterWorks back they were open to returning to investigate and waived the service fee. When Michael arrived, he correctly diagnosed the problem. Turns out one of my taps was failing, which caused the problem. Michael replaced the tap with a Moen he had in the truck. Michael was great to
work with and I would highly recommend him. I felt the price for the tap and installation was high, however, the service I received was first class, professional and convenient.
