Today was the first time I used Water Works Plumbing services, and I was so impressed with the company. From the beginning, Natasha was very professional and polite over the phone, and it was extremely easy to book someone to come to my house at a time that was convenient for me. An email notification was sent to me with a picture of the plumber who would be visiting my house, which definitely gave me a sense of security. Michael was very personable and professional as well. All of the pricing was clearly outlined as well as reasonable, and Michael was very good about explaining what the issue was and only fixing what needed to be fixed.
**Update: I had to use WaterWorks Plumbing for another plumbing issue separate from the one I originally reviewed above. I was not able to write a second separate review because HomeStars wouldn't allow me to write more than two reviews for the same company within 6 months. Aaron arrived promptly and was very polite and professional. He fixed our leak under the sink and explained to us exactly what needed to be done. Overall he did a great job!
