The company worked hard to rectify an old seized value and replace it with a new valve and small section of pipe leading to the exterior wall. Mr. Yuffa did the job personally and demonstrated that he obviously thoroughly knows what he is doing and tries hard to satisfy his customers. In about an hour and a half, the job was completed with skill, expertise and efficiency and we are certainly pleased now that we will be able to close the valve and the water supply to the outside from our laundry room with ease and confidence. Waterworks has a thorough understanding and knowledge of all plumbing issues and can be called upon to manage any plumbing situation that may arise.

Excessive Pricing!

We used this company initially in February to solve an emergency leak in the garage hose valve. We paid a fee of $59.95 at that time to join their Platinum Protection Plan which was highly recommended because we knew we would need additional plumbing work done regarding a laundry room value replacement before the following winter. We contacted Waterworks again in August to get this repair done and the owner said it would be a big job to replace the existing faucet with a new valve and he would have to come early in the day. We questioned ourselves as to the cost he quoted but we felt somewhat obligated because we had already paid for the Platinum Plan and also $39 for the service call fee. On the day of the job, he was here for less than an hour and a half, which really surprised us, as he implied it was a massive job. $800 dollars later, we feel we were gouged. Our handyman came the other day to do a job and when we showed him the work that had been done and the price we paid, he felt very badly and shocked that we had paid so much and had been taken advantage of. Alas, it is our own fault, but sometimes, as seniors, you don’t always make the right decision. Lesson learned. After our initial review of WaterWorks, things changed dramatically.
