Very disappointed with the recent estimates I got from this firm. We chose to move forward with having 2 toilets installed (and thaat work was acceptable), but the remaining item (installing a simple kitchen faucet) was estimated at $750 in labour alone. I thought that was ridiculous and rejected the estimate. I completed that work myself (with no plumbing skills) in less than 15 minutes. I very much felt like the estimator was taking advantage of us. I have used this firm a number of times, was happy with the product (though not always their availability), but this was a tipping point for me, and won't use them again.

I am sorry you feel this way about the estimate done on February 11 2020, but I am glad you are happy with the other installations we did for you. We have a standardized flat rate price book, and every job we have is the same price for every customer. Since you a are plan member, you would receive a discount on all work done, as well there is tremendous overheard involved to provide proper service.
