After quite a bit of research, quotes and due diligence, we choose to go with DM Foundations for our Basement Window Enlargement and addition project.

Dave was conducting a foundation repair at my neighbors house and asked him to take a look at a small crack that ran vertically in a corner of my foundation. Although there was no water infiltration, humidity was present on both side of the line fracture and could smell the mildew after removing the insulation. He provided me a quote within 24 hours an came at my earliest convenience. Fix the crack within 2 hours, no mess and the concrete dried completely within a couple days and the smell went away. A+++

During a winter rain storm and melt we discovered water in our basement. A contractor friend of mine recommended Dave Marcotte Foundations. Dave immediately called me back, assisted me with discovering where the water may be coming from. We had two cracks on either side of our window well. I did the demolition, which he removed from my billing after the work was completed. Thanks Dave, this was not an insurance claim, but he had given me a 10 year guarantee of work.

After buying our home in 2018, we got Dave and Jesse to come take a look at the foundation and basement. They were punctual, friendly and honest throughout. We ultimately decided to wait a couple of years to do this work. We’re now 2021 and in October I reached out to Dave about getting the work done in the spring of 2022. We had Dave Marcotte Foundations come in to assess water leakage in our basement. It was determined that a second sump pump would help to alleviate this problem. The workmen arrived on time and in one day had installed a new sump pump. The job was completed and they removed cement and dirt leaving no mess as they had prepared the work area with carpets from the front door to the basement.
