Mark and his employees have provided excellent service at an excellent rate and I'm shocked to read a bad review on this site...wonder what the other side of that story was...Mark recommended excellent product, did the installation in record time and yes...we had problems and Marc was like a dog with a bone, coming back, no charge to ensure that the job was right: (some pilot error on our part, but Mark is an excellent teacher and some problems with the air conditioner from the manufacturer end, that he resolved himself very quickly).
