Undergoing my first condo purchase, Vahn was very approachable and friendly. Additional to his positive demeanour, he is very knowledgeable and knew how to explain concepts to me in an educational way without belittling me. He walked me through the process and gave tips that would help me when the property would transfer to my name. His report was sent to me very quickly and I highly recommend his service.
