The first time we've used Vahn's services was back in 2019, then we've contacted him again in 2022 when we bought another home.

His attention to detail is great and explained everything to us in a way that people like us who are outside the industry can clearly understand.

He had explained every part of the home, previous work done, as well as equipment and their functionalities in detail, then advised us of short-term and long-term issues that may arise.

His knowledge has always made my family feel very confident about the reports he shared with us in order to make the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our family in our home.

Ten years ago, Vahn did our first home inspection and we were very satisfied. Our realtor at that time, who had a chance to witness countless of home inspections said that he have never seen a guy so good and thorough. Vahn was very informative and thorough in his approach and descriptions. We recently had an electrician over to review the Panel box wiring as Vahn had flagged AC wiring for inspection. Vahn was right, there was a potential fire hazard with a mismatch of the breaker and the wiring size.

Vahn was very patient and thorough in explaining the service. The level of detail of the inspection, report and time spent explaining the things the builder did not was awesome and well worth the investment.
