I bough a old house and Vahn is vry professional and detailed.
He went through every details from outside to inside, from basement to 2nd floor. Appreciated for his wonderful work .

Being first-time home buyers, both my partner and I were dead set on finding the best home inspector and were referred to Vahn through word of mouth.

We didn't know what to expect and to be quite frank, we thought it would be a quick inspection with a brief rundown on what to fix however we were surprised when we found out that the inspection would take 2.5 hours! During the inspection, we found Vahn to be professional, informative and educational as he took the time to explain everything thoroughly (which justified and made the 2.5 hours go by quickly). He gave us an unbiased inspection throughout, recommending tips and tricks on how to maintain and fix up different items with our best interest in mind. After the inspection, we received a full in-depth report the following morning with a breakdown of everything Vahn mentioned during the inspection alongside images and resources to further assist us.
