Had some sidewalk work done at my business location in 2020. The sidewalk was completely destroyed within 6 months. Its now going into 2023 and the company has numerous times promised to fix the sidewalk including having it replaced. Over 2 years and my problem of work is not completed. The work was terribly done, the service in regards to fixing the issue has been to least same non responsive. Always promises to look at and repair but no one comes or calls.
