Our chandelier suddenly stopped working with a "boom", putting our dining room in the dark. I was looking for an electrician to figure out what the problem was. Jeff responded to my call promptly, and fought heavy snow on a Saturday to keep his appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and fix the wiring. Now our chandelier is working very well and we no longer have to eat by candlelight (unless we want to.)

Jeff is a very polite, friendly person, who is happy to explain what he is doing in terms someone unacquainted with electrical work can understand. I highly recommend his service, and would definitely use him again for any future wiring needs.
