Hardwood Purchase and Installation
I recently purchased hardwood from this store and had them installed last Friday. I dealt with Richard Barclay at the store. Richard is a likable guy who is knowledgeable and provided great service. I spoke with him multiple times in person and over the phone, as I had many questions, and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction in a friendly manner. I would definitely recommend dealing with Richard at the store.
The installers were Vitaly, Andrew and a third man, and they came to my house on time. They were scheduled for two days to pull out the existing carpet and install the hardwood in four rooms. They were professional and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to see how diligent and efficient they were in their work. They arrived at 9:30 in the morning and completed their work by 6:00pm. They cleaned up after themselves and left the rooms clean and shiny with my new hardwood.
I definitely recommend these guys for your hardwood flooring needs.
