TEN all the way! The Reliable Home Comfort team listened to my situation which involved not only the installation of a high efficiency, variable-speed, two-stage furnace, but also a fair amount of extra duct work and additional gas piping. After meeting Dave for my original consultation my contractor asked for additional work to be done so Dave sent Olivio for a second consultation at no additional charge. Pier, Jamie and Rob, the three men who did the work, took time to answer my questions and explain the workings of the furnace. The workmanship far exceeded my expectations and the price was unbeatable.
