We contracted Purple Properties to help transform our backyard with the addition of a Patio, Pergola, Landscaping and some Irrigation work. Based on the results, I can honestly say that we are simply blown away and could not be happier with what Purple Properties has achieved. Our transformed backyard has far exceeded our expectations and we are extremely pleased with the overall design and quality of workmanship the team has delivered. We have worked with many different Contractors but I can honestly say that Purple Properties is by far the absolute best we have ever worked with.
Jordan was very professional helping us finalize the contract with Rowan casting his vision for our Backyard based on our requirements which we absolutely fell in love with! Rowan is simply amazing, responsive, empathetic and understands what Customer Service is all about.
The execution was extremely efficient and all the guys were amazing. Team 1 was led by Edgard who had a crew including Carlos, Josh and Gio. Team 1 was focused on laying out our patio and performing landscaping work that involved inserting some new trees and sod. Edgard and the crew were simply awesome and we can not say enough good things about this team. They were extremely professional, friendly and easy to work with. Edgard and team were meticulous in their workmanship all the way down to getting the geometry perfected in the natural stone that was laid out. These guys work with such integrity and take pride in their work. They also take time to explain the details providing options along the way that others typically gloss over and miss. Team 2 was led by Dave who had a crew including Luke and Gio. This team was focused on setting up the Pergola along with providing lighting and wood work expertise. This was another stellar team that exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with the crew and the results they delivered. These guys were truly professional, hard-working and went over and above the call of duty to ensure our Pergola was what we expected. Dave is an amazing leader and knows his craft.
In summary, I would like to say that if you are looking for a Contractor and are unsure who to go with, you should seriously consider Purple Properties. Purple Properties knocked it out of the park. We will enjoy many memories out in our Backyard with family and friends thanks to this Superstar Team led by Rowan, Edgard and Dave. Thank-you Purple Properties for delivering such amazing results and we can’t wait for our next project with you guys!!

Rowan, Jordan, and the team did a fantastic job renovating our bathroom. They clearly laid out the cost of each bit of work they were going to do before the project started and stayed to the prices initially quoted. They provided great communication sending pictures and updates regularly as well as responding to questions quickly. They also provided a shopping day where we could pick out all of our materials for our bathroom reno to make sure everything was ordered and available when the project started, which was a lot of fun!

We sincerely enjoyed working with them each step of the way and our bathroom is everything we hoped for! Would recommend to anyone looking for an all-inclusive renovation.

Rowan and his team did an outstanding job on our backyard patio. From pre-construction all the way through to the finished job, the team was extremely professional, helping us to choose the right look for our yard and making sure we were satisfied all throughout the process.
Whenever a decision needed to be made during construction, the team made sure to keep us informed and made sure we were happy with the result. As an added bonus, Rowan was able to schedule the work much sooner than we anticipated.
We are so happy with the finished product and can't wait to enjoy our patio this summer!

From start to finish, Purple Properties was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job installing interlock in our backyard. The work was done significantly earlier than expected and will ensure that we can enjoy our backyard all summer long! Rowan and crew had done a landscape project for us and we were very happy with them so we decided to reach out again when it was time to get the house an update. They did a complete demo of 2 full bathrooms and a partial demo in another 2. Rowan was easy to work with, helped guide our design choices and helped us get value for our money when we went shopping. Rowan is very thorough and pays attention to details. He was great about letting us know what issues he was encountering and worked with us to find cost effective solutions. With the whole job happening during covid lockdowns, we were able to move into our cottage and we were comfortable to leave them a key. With us being away we appreciated getting pictures of the progress. When the team was ready to paint and we were unable to come back to start moving things and staging areas for painting, Rowan got extra help to carefully pack our things and move furniture to get the house painted. After 4 bathrooms, a newly stained staircase and freshly painted house - we do not recognize the place. They’ve done a gorgeous job and we would recommend Purple Properties to anyone.

We worked with Purple Properties Inc. to remodel our master bedroom ensuite. This was our second time working with Rowan on a project and couldn't be more happy with the experience.
The project started with a couple of site visits to identify our vision, concerns, and pricing estimate. After signing the contract, Rowan had the foresight to schedule tile and fixture selections a few months ahead of the renovation start date due to current delivery delays (caused by COVID-19). This is an example of Rowan's excellent project management. He lined up all the trades efficiently and the renovation ended up completing a couple of weeks earlier.
During the reno, all the tradespeople were very professional and respectful of our home. They made sure to clean up at the end of each day. Rowan made regular visits to review the status of the reno and to answer any questions we may have had. All our concerns were always quickly addressed and communication was never a problem.
For this project, we did not get quotes from other contractors and have no regrets. We probably could have found a quote that was less, but after working with Rowan previously, his attention to detail, quality of service and easy communication is worth it. The reno was stress-free and we never had any doubt in the quality of the workmanship. We are very happy with the end product and would definitely recommend Purple Properties Inc.!

It was always our ambition to create a backyard that would accommodate our children’s active lifestyle. We always wanted to have a multi-purpose sport pad in the backyard. Through our neighbour's recommendation we approached Purple Properties with the project proposal. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the armour stone retaining wall, extending the table land and the play pad itself, the concept compliments the natural environment in our backyard. Rowan was extremely responsive and accommodating to any suggestions and would regularly explain the construction process. Edgard and his crew were extremely dedicated and hardworking. The quality of work was reflected in the obvious enjoyment and care they have problem solving and putting these visions together. Purple Properties created a space for our children to play for years, and will undoubtably create memories that will last forever. With more projects to come in the future, we look forward to having Rowan and Co. bring them to life.

As a relatively new homeowner with few major projects under my belt, I didn't know what to expect with a full bathroom reno. Luckily Rowan and team were simply fantastic through the entire process. Top notch communication — everything from design decisions, to when and what time the team arrived, and accounting/costs. No surprises at the end of it all.

While another project was happening with a different team outside for a garage reno, it was like night and day dealing with that team compared to Rowan. Things were on time, ran smoothly (even in a supply-ridden Covid situation), and the results speak for themselves.

I was blown away at the attention to details along every step of the way. In an old Toronto house we ran into a few unexpected small structural things to tackle and they did it very well, including added insulation on an exterior wall. The tiling is superb - one area I was a little nervous about because of my high attention to detail.

No question I'll be reaching out to them for my next project.

This was my first time doing a big renovation job and Purple Properties put me at ease from the second we met. I had solicited a few quotes from other companies using Homestars but after discussing my project and what I was looking for with Rowan I knew I wanted to work with them.
