Garage door broke during snow storm. Markham garage door arrived next morning and fixed the problem quickly. Technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again in the future

Technician Ernie arrived right at the estimated time. Within a short period the broken spring was replaced and the garage door/garage door opener were working again. While there Ernie noticed a problem with my other garage door opener (I was aware of the problem but had forgotten to mention it). Ernie promptly fixed this problem as well.

Ernie was very friendly and polite while speaking with him over the phone. Perhaps more importantly he was also very trustworthy because my problems were fixed all while I was at work. Upon leaving he made sure all my garage doors were closed so everything inside was secure.

My garage door openers finally expired last month after 45 years of excellent service. I had a recommendation for Markham Garage Doors and after getting a competitive quote, I booked Ernie for the job. He arrived on time and proceeded with the work. Due to the age of the old installation and the unusual configuration of the ceiling,, he encountered several challenges which he worked diligently to overcome. The final result was outstanding! Ernie went out of his way and spent extra time to achieve this result, which was extremely neat and tidy.
All of the old equipment was removed and the garage left clean. I could not be happier with the total project and would recommend Markham and Rrnie to anyone.

The person who installed it was on time, effecient, knowledgable and very professional. He even did extra work, like straighening the door itself. I wanted to get my garage door spring replaced, since my neighbor gave me a heads up that his broke and our garage doors were installed at the same time 10 years ago. Mine had been creaking loudly every time it opened & closed as well. I contacted Markham Garage Doors early in the morning, and Louis was able have Ryan to come and take a look at it the same morning!

Ryan was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He determined the type of spring needed and once his teammate dropped one off, he replaced it within half an hour. He also inspected my cables which was still in good condition, and lubricated all the moving parts to ensure it's smooth operation. He showed me what parts to lubricate and what times of the year I should do it, in order to keep it in top condition. He was also able to sell me a bottle of lubricant spray as well.
