We do understand that you were upset about the crew not arriving on time, but you must understand that they did not count on the traffic being so bad they way it was in your area and then trying to find a parking spot was also hectic. We inform all customers that it is their responsibility to pay for parking for the crew - all customers are informed of this prior to their cleaning.
As to your cleaning you had a priority cleaning for 3 man hours (crew of 2 for 1.5 hours) for the crew to do as much as possible in that time frame, we cannot guarantee that all will be done as we do not know what condition your home is in - the crew really did work hard and tried to get to everything but sometimes it is impossible, more time would be needed.
We appreciate your feedback on your cleanings and do understand that you had 3 cleanings with our company - 2 of which were serviced by Robin, as to the third cleaning you had not requested a re-do cleaning which you were entitled to for the poor service - we could have sent out another crew if you were not happy with your last cleaning crew instead of jumping to the conclusion that all of the crews do poor work which is not the case.
As to the invoices we do not send out invoices for residential homes only to commercial cleanings - the reason for the credit card being charged is that we had left numerous messages and emails that you had a balance owing from the last cleaning and that if you did not want to incur late payment fees to please contact us - we did not in fact add on any late payment fees to your invoice and when we received no answer from you the accountant had charged the credit card that you had provided us.
