They stand behind their work. They were competitive on price and made a good impression when they sold us. Initial job was very satisfactory. However when we noticed some significant settling after the winter, they were very cooperative and response to return the next year and re-lay the driveway. A professional organization and I would recommend them to anyone.

Pattern Lock was recommended by a colleague of mine. David was quick to provide ideas and an estimate. The work was done quickly & on-time and quality was high. Clean up was good. Getting David's crew back to fix up small details that needed correction was tedious - but it eventually got done. The work looks really good, quality high.

Dave, Rod, Roger and their crew are the best! From the initial phone call, meeting to discuss the plan for my patio/walkway to the installation/cleanup. They are very professional, knowledgeable about their work and products they use. They listen to their customer’s plans, make recommendations and are willing to answer any and all questions even while work is ongoing. Once everything has been completed, you can see the pride in their workmanship. I have received many compliments about my patio from friends, family and even my neighbours. Pattern Lock Interlocking did a fantastic job on my front steps, patio and walkway. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. On top of that their customer service is phenomenal. There was a very minor issue with one of the steps. I contacted them and they attended immediately and rectified the problem. Pattern Lock did an exceptional job with our front porch, backyard, and changed our grass. They designed a style that exceeded our expectations and they worked their pricing to be reasonable to our needs. It looks beautiful and we get compliments all the time.

This is the second job Patternlock has completed for my wife and I. They are a creative group with competitive pricing. The design specs were well executed and in a timely fashion. Pattern Lock did an impeccable job with the interlock job, giving our home excellent curb appeal. We commissioned them to do an interlock patio in the backyard and on the front of the house. We have a uniquely shaped home in the front, with a round portico. They did a great job with the details of such a difficult job. They cleaned up after the job and they have been great at responding to any inquiries we had after the job. I highly recommend them.
