Pattern Lock Interlocking

They did recently the interlocking in my backyard, side walk, porch, frontyard and driveway extension.. Roger and Joe are friendly and easy to talk to. They are also patient answering my questions. They did a great job considering they have less manpower due to pandemic. They also made sure the place is clean before they leave for the day .. They've met my expectations. My friends liked what had been done in back and front of the house (even the side). I will not hesitate to recommend them.

We had Pattern Lock Interlocking come to re-design our backyard patio and replace the aging fence. They were friendly and approachable.
They put out a timeline for the project and completed it within the timeline - and they were flexible with us with a start date, which we appreciated.

They have a 2-year warranty on their work and we were close to reaching that 2-year mark when we had some issues crop up. Naturally, we reached out and they came and did the warranty work without any hassle!

We got our backyard renovated by Pattern Lock Interlocking. Roger, Joe and their team did an amazing job and we were thoroughly impressed not only by the quality of their work but also the speed at which they completed the job. It took them just 2 days to interlock ~ 600 sq ft area with a porch, a garden wall and copings. We had several questions along the way and they were very courteous and professional in answering all of our questions (like whether the high performance bedding was fully contained, whether to apply a sealant, when to reapply polymeric sand etc. ) to our full satisfaction. I would also like to thank Jeff for coming up with a great design based on my vague requirements, for his suggestions about which stones to choose and for promptly responding to various queries I had. I would highly recommend them!

Roger and his team made the backyard experience one that will live in our memories forever. They are professional, efficient, have a keen eye, and a tremendous attention to detail. Every part of our backyard, side walkway and front was completed to perfection. The best part of the whole experience is that it was completed in just 4 days. I have often had experiences where work time is give and it has always gone over, but despite the hot weather and extreme rain, they sill completed the work in a shorter time than quoted. Roger is great to work with, takes so much pride in all that he does and provides excellent recommendations if you are unsure on colour or style. He always goes above and beyond to lend a helping hand even when it was outside his job. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and will tell anyone that they can't go wrong using this company. They are SUPER FANTASTIC!!

Roger & his team were very professional. It was a big project, which involved different elevations; a large retaining wall, interlocking (all 4 sides), a new garage floor, new veranda top, steps, railings, & lighting.
It took just under 4wks to complete. Joe & the rest of the team showed up promptly every morning at 8am. Like any big job, there were some changes on the fly; Roger & Joe were always okay with the unexpected, & also offered their professional opinion on what would look best, or be the most practical.
The entire team of fellows(5) were very easy going & a pleasure to have around. At the end of every working day, they would do a quick cleanup & ensure that nothing was left unsafe, until they returned the following morning.

The project met my expectations & I would be confident in recommending Pattern Lock, or hiring them again in the future.
I should also thank Jeff, their estimator, who did a fantastic job in designing our layout. He made the difference.
I almost forgot to mention that my next door neighbour; once she saw how nice my side of the property, between our two homes was coming along; hired them on the spot, to do her side at the same time.

Roger and his crew were quick and amazing. They re-did my front entrance with interlocking and really made my front entrance new again!

Professional in every way. Was done in Sept 2016. Still looks like new. One minor adjustment made since. No issues. Happy to recommend to anyone !!

We started this project for our backyard with overpriced options and terrible timelines with other companies. We have 2 kids and having a place for them to play was so key. Our backyard was a disaster! We were so lucky to come across Pattern Lock Interlocking. I cannot begin to express what an amazing job Roger, Joe and team did in our backyard! They were professional, on time, organized and overall super friendly The best part was a job I thought would take 3 days was done in a day!! My 3 year old is so excited to play in her new backyard!
