Northbay Kitchen and bath helped us reach our goal to renovate our home.Andrew was excellent with his years of experiance and great ideas it was easy to see why he was recommended to us. They were fast and organized beginning to end and we thank you for taking the time to discuss the different projects with us. We were fortunate to have Andrew and his company North Bay Kitchen and Bath Inc. on our renovations team. We met and talked with Andrew about what we wanted done to our chalet. With his experience Andrew was able to put our plans into action. He was professional and always in contact. We do not live up north so we were not always able to be on site. North Bay and Kitchen & Bath were trustworthy, professional and did an exceptional job. They did the whole project from beginning to end. This entailed gutting the building, rebuilding and cosmetics. Andrew made sure the work-site was cleared of debri and completed for us. He went out of his way to ensure we were happy. They even set up some furniture for us. Cannot get any better than that.

Had a small job we wanted done - removal of old cabinets and appliances from our to-be-renovated kitchen. Andrew came in with a team that was on time (to the minute), efficient and did a very good job of leaving the place in a clean and pristine state.

Summer of 2008 the City of Toronto was hit with a big Rain storm and our Basement on our Rental Property got flooded. The good thing we had the right insurance which included Sewer backup ( such a small idem on a policy $ 30 for the year makes all the different). We called the insurance company to make a claim the sent adjuster and clean up crew within 2 hours, to make a long story short after 4 hours of clean up the left. This was the last we saw of them for 1 week so we fired them, a new crew arrived and worked for 1 day nothing for 1 week. After getting nowhere we called up the insurance company and told them we like our own contractor to come in to do the work. We got Andrew from North Bay Kitchen and Bath to give us a Estimate the Adjuster approved the Estimate and of we go 10 days from start to finish excellent and efficient work with a tip top clean up at the end of Job. Andrew and his Team of experts saved us from getting hit on the next flood which half of our street got hit again waiting for there contractors to come in and do the work.
