I have a large crack in my quartz backsplash, however it is hard to see unless you go really close or shine a light directly on it. Alex from Stone Doctor came to look at it, and he was so genuine, kind and respectful. He immediately assessed the crack and gave me his professional opinion that because it cannot be easily seen, it will likely look very similar if he fixes it, therefore he recommended that I do not fix it. He gave me a reasonable price if I decided to do it, and walked me through how he would do it, but also showed me how to properly clean my countertop and backsplash to get the best results naturally.

It is refreshing to work with a company that is honest, genuine and cares about its clients. They could have taken advantage and taken the job just to make some money, but I felt like he treated me how he would treat himself or his family. I would HIGHLY recommend Stone Doctor and will be hiring them in the future if any more cracks or chips happen to my countertops.
