Kitchen and Bathroom Countertops/Bathroom
Definitely the most unreliable and worst job I've ever had done living at this residence over the past 12 years. Work was supposed to start November 2016/got started in March 2016 and still NOT done! Backsplash still missing on one of Kitchen Counters, NO doorknobs on any of doors that were installed. (extremely difficult to open doors) and Bruce has been inconsistent to say the least. Called me the same morning on a Saturday to advise he could not make it due to a health issue which could have been conveyed to me the night before/or even days prior in order for me to make alternative plans. This was a recommendation to my Property Manager from Century 21 Prudential estates in Richmond. This typical 1-2 day job has now taken months to finish with and with no resolution in sight as yet. I even cancelled a trip to South America to try and get this done finally.
Still have drawers to be done, two doors to be replaced, silicone around countertop edges, door handles, etc. I've made every effort to be available and have my doubts now if this job will ever get done properly. I do not own the place and have had a lot of experience with contractors in the past. Never use this company!
