Valentin was selected for this installation based entirely on the reviews in HomeStar's. He promptly responsed to our email with an estimate and quickly scheduled a convenient time around our schedule. Arrived on time and took all precautions to keep the work areas tidy and clean. A simple 2 toilet installation became somewhat problematic, as we had purchased 2 units that would not work well with the existing supply lines. Valentin quickly provided us with suggestions on other models and began the preparation work and patiently waited while one of us exchanged the units to his suggested brand. Lesson learned: Consult a plumber before buying toilets - don't rely on the salesperson. Valentin installed both toilets in no time - and they both fit perfectly.
