We needed a plumber. We looked on HomeStars and found Strong Plumbing. We had not used them before but chose them because of their high ratings.
I phoned on the Friday and spoke to Valentin. I explained the issue. He was very helpful and offered to do the work that day or the following business day even though we are based in Richmond Hill. I agreed that he would do the work.
He contacted me later that day to explain that his current job would mean he could not do the work that day. The next day he emailed to provide an estimate of when he would come.
He arrived on time, looked at the piping and gave us an estimate of the costs under 2 scenarios. We opted for the better solution.
He then completed the work in 1.5 hours and showed us what he had done, why the issue had ocurred and how we could prevent it in future.
Overall, we were delighted with his work. And would be happy to employ him again and/or recommend his services to friends.
