Honest, Integrity, Quality...TOP business!!
I used Strong plumbing (Valentin) last year for a mixing valve. I left a 5 star rating back then and one year later I'm leaving another 5 star rating.
My issues started on a Saturday night when I smelled a rotten egg odor from a drain in my basement. I texted Valentin Saturday night expecting to hear back on Monday, by Sunday morning I received a text back educating me on what exactly that drain was, and what to do to help the situation. turns out all I had to do was add some bleach and water to the drain. Valentin also suggested that if this didn't work then he would be able to come out and investigate. There was no expectation of payment, just VERY helpful advice (that worked). These days with big business, greed, and up-selling, it is such a relief to find a business and owner that has integrity, is honest, trustworthy and gives exceptional quality workmanship. I have decided that I will no longer have to look anywhere else for a plumbing expert...this is the guy, and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Strong.
