Swat Wildlife and Insulation

This is my second time using SWAT Wildlife over the course of my three year stay in my home. On my latest visit from SWAT, they were here to remove a skunk that had taken refuge under an area of my deck that had been left open due to renovations in the basement area. Ken was incredibily polite, informative, and quickly went to work installing an exit only door for the skunk and then went ahead and ensured that all points of access were sealed with wire caging. These people are absolutely the best in the business, and although I hope not to have need of their services again in the future, I would not hesitate to use them if the need arises. Thank you so much for solving what could have been a very messy and smelly situation!

Derick from SWAT wildlife came to my house to help me with squirrels entering my roof. He was early, very friendly and extremely efficient. He assessed the situation quickly and offered a solution that seemed correct. He also offered a fair price. The job dine was quickly and properly. Derick also returned without hesitation when I mentioned I thought I heard a squirrel still inside the roof. He quickly came and added a one way door with a friendly smile. I would definitely recommend this company to help with pests in the house.

Having heard sounds in the attic last night, we called SWAT and Ken arrived this afternoon slightly ahead of the window of time we had been given. He used a ladder and determined that there were no obvious points of entry into our house. He then examined the attic space and determined that we had a mouse issue. He recommended we move our bird feeders farther from the house and then treated the attic space. We are to call him back after three weeks for a second no charge treatment if there are still problems. Very professional and appreciated!

Ken installed a one way door to let raccoons out of our house
and keep them out. He added wire mesh barriers to all possible entry points outside. Excellent service within 24 hours after our first call.

My husband and I bought our first home and in a few short weeks we have bled money and had numerous headaches with rodents. We called Swat Wild Life and they came the very next day. Customer service and their expert Ken were SUPER helpful. Ken explained my situation, the winter blast created a 40 foot long hole and no shingles, and everything to assist. No pressure, no fast talk, no jargon, no 'latest model 2001' just honest 'This is what I would do for my own home' work. Ken cared, offered all his help on both visits and did the follow up. I couldn't ask for more and HIGHLY recommend Swat Wild Life, and believe me when I say I'm a grump.

This company delivers, with pure honesty and integrity! If you have racoons, birds, bats etc. These are your guys, clean professional and very fair and honest! They treat you as though you were family! And they treat the animals humanely, very entertaining to watch. And you will sleep better at night knowing your house is safe and clean of any critters! Derick showed up on time, got the raccoons out in a humane manner and put wire mesh around the bottom of the deck to secure it. He was a pleasure to deal with. We will use the service again if needed.

We have been hearing noises for few years now since we moved in 3 years ago and neighbor said there is a squirrel getting inside on our roof. We weren't ready financially so it took us some time to call a specialist. I was suprise with the low price that was given by Ken compare to other companies I have called. There is a wide opening on our roof at the back and half of the roof infront of our house where squirrel comes in. Ken close it all and hopefully to catch a squirrel or any animal soon. The amazing thing that Ken did is that, I save a lot of money on fixing the water diverter on our roof where another company estimated it to cost me about $1000 and Ken include it on the prize that he gave me. So it is basically free for fixing the roof's water diverter... Thank you so much!!!.. The rooms are warmer now as it's all closed now and not worried about the water diverter anymore. Right now the trap is still on our roof . We haven't heard any noise but as soon as we heard something, we will definitely call them to finish the job. Awesome job!!.. Woke up to noises in my chimney, quickly realized it was an animal I easily found the number for swat wildlife and Derick was at my door the next morning. He immediately found the squirrels and entry points and prevent future problems. I would gladly recommend then for any wildlife problems in the future

Ken came to the house at the scheduled time and was friendly and efficient. He installed a one way door at the point the squirrels were entering and reinforced the 4 vents etc. to prevent future problems. Would highly recommend SWAT.
