Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I had trouble with squirrels setting up shop in the narrow space between my house and my neighbour's. I called Swat Wildlife and set up an appointment. They arrived on time, quickly identified the source of the problem, and fixed it on the spot. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable.

We called Swat Wildlife and they sent someone the next day. Rob thoroughly inspected our roof and made recommendations. He did the job quickly and cleanly. Weve used Swat a few times and have always had a good experience.

I called at 2 PM and by noon next day Squirrel problem taken care of.

I had 3 other companies to inspect squirrels in our attic and no one could find the entry point so I decided to try Swat based on their reviews. Rob came to our property from Swat and did a thorough inspection even physically went onto the roof and even in the attic and he was able to find the entry point for the squirrel. Rob also did a same day service and was great to explain what needs to be done and how to eliminate them from returning.

We've used Swat Wildlife to remove a family of squirrels and a raccoon (from separate parts of the home). Both times they were quick, professional and very reliable. Have already recommended them to a friend and will go back to them if ever needed.

We had a squirrel issue in our attic and we had to do something about it quick. After reviewing wildlife removal companies I noticed Swat Wildlife had great reviews. I placed a call and the person who answered the call told me they would send someone the following morning.
The next day Randy arrived early morning inspected the roof and installed a trap door where the squirrels can get out but not back in. Upon his inspection he noticed a part of the fascia which we had recently had work done was not covering a little over an inch of fascia wood. This caused the wood to be exposed and the squirrels to chew their way into the attic. I called back Swat Wildlife to have the one way door removed and the hole patched, this was done promptly by Randy.
Since Randys inspection we went back to the installers of the fascia and soffit to come back and complete their work.

Rob and the Swat team were awesome - Rob came to the house when it was convenient for me, figured out the problem (squirrels living in chimney stack), and fixed the issue. Rob had to come back a few times as there were baby squirrels. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. After his third visit, the squirrels had left and the problem was solved. Randy was great in searching for a potential animal issue at the property. He took his time to thoroughly inspect and got up on the roof to even look at the chimney to see if that was the point of entry. Thanks for all your help. The cost included baiting for rodents as well.
