I consider myself to be a detail oriented perfectionist. Shawn Lowe, at Titans, is much the same. I work in the renovation field, so my expectations were high when it came time to redo the roof. Shawn answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable in his line of work. He made recommendations for me when we were unsure about materials and building codes.

Furthermore, Shawn made us feel as though we were his only customers and made time to meet with us and go over job details. This was important to us. I had 3 quotes from other roofers and Titans Roof Works fell right in the middle as far as cost, even though he was quoting the same products and installation as the expensive guys. Great Value!

I have already, and will continue to recommend Titans Roof Works to anyone who asks.

When searching for a roofing company we were looking for someone whom was punctual in giving us an estimate, would return our calls if we have further questions, would actually take a thorough look at the roof and give us the straight facts. Shawn exceed all of these, the truth is his professionalism and work ethic supersede the rest. He provided us with pictures of the problem area and solutions which will extend the life of our new roof.

I would just like to show my gratitude to the Titan's Roofworks team. I called a bunch of places and you are the only professional person who came out. It is very rare that I am impressed with work that is done to my home like I was with your workmanship. You did not feed me any bull and was straight up with the questions I asked. My neighbor went with another company and 12 months later they have cracks and leaks and my'ing that has been done much longer is still looking fresh and new. Your staff is great when I called and was very helpful. I am not a very easy person to please so I have to write this review to anyone looking for any roof work. The clean up was great no mess anywhere. Thank you to Shawn and the team for a job well done.

I wanted to post this review to express our gratitude towards Shawn ^last name removed -- Ed¸^ from Titan RoofWorks for his outstanding work, integrity and professionalism.

I first got in touch with Shawn after looking up several roof repair companies online. He was one of several companies I called to help diagnose and fix a water leak from one of our walls after a heavy weekend downpour.

He not only helped us figure out and fix the problem promptly but what stood out was his high level of personal integrity. He first did a detailed inspection of the roof and then provided a report with pictures to help us visually see the problem. He was very patient in explaining the cause of the problem and the solutions available.

Shawn also saved us from paying an unscrupulous plumber who initially convinced us that the leak was a plumbing problem. If Shawn had not suggested a simple 10 minute diagnostic test (that the plumber conveniently forgot to mention), we would have ended up paying for unnecessary plumbing costs! Thanks again Shawn!

I honestly felt like I was dealing with family when interacting with Shawn. He's definitely the person I would call in the future for any kind of work on our roof and I will most gladly refer him to my family and friends.

We called Titans in the morning after reading reviews on Homestars. The night before we had heard some dripping near a bathroom vent. They came out to inspect our home shortly after lunch. We were impressed with them because when they inspected the entire roof they took several photos to let us know where they felt there were problems and inspected the whole roof and not just the area we had noticed a potential problem. Rather than just repairing the small hole and vent cover that was likely the source of the dripping sound we heard, they suggested we pay for a general "tune-up" they offer and recommend as a semi-annual service. The fee seemed reasonable, and included a minor gutter repair. The best part of the effort was that Shawn and Norm were able to complete the repairs that afternoon. So, when it rained the next day there was no dripping sounds!

My house (less than 1200 sq ft) was a small job. Roof was replaced in early November 2009. Three person crew came a few weeks after contract signed. There were some issues with some bad shingles (bent corners, not flat), but Shawn looked after it personally. I would have given a 10 if they didn't have to come back to replace the defective materials. Overall exceptional customer service.

A friend of mine had her roof done last year by Titan Roofworks and said she was very happy so I phoned Shawn Lowe for an estimate.

From start to finish Shawn was extremely professional. He returned my calls quickly and was great to talk to on the phone. I don't know a lot about roofs and my husband wasn't available to speak to Shawn, so Shawn took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood exactly what was going to be done.

On the day of installation, his crew arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. They left the area outside of my house cleaner than when they arrived! I'm telling the truth! They were great! The guys were very polite and answered any questions I had. The roof looks amazing!

My husband and I are very pleased with the level of service we received starting with the first phone call with Shawn right down to Shawn's crew putting in the last nail. I would recommend Titan to anyone who is looking to have work done on their roof!

Shawn, you should be very proud of yourself and the team you have working with you. A great company and awesome workmanship starts at the top and trickles through to everyone on the team - This is exactly what Titan is all about!

We did not know Shawn Lowe, of TITANS ROOF WORKS, Mississauga, and GTA, until we requested a quote to re-new the shingles on the roof of our home. His quote was one of three, and not the cheapest. However, he attended and produced a complete detailed survey. He was the only vendor to point out that we did not have enough vents, according to code. His presentation and demeanour were absolutely the most professional, dynamic, and impressive of everyone. The team showed up on time the first day, and on time every day thereafter.
They were all pleasant individuals, who cleared up at the end of each day. They worked quietely and only stopped for a short time each day for refreshments. On the final day there were no empty bags or nails or anything which would have betrayed their attendance, except for an exceptionally bright new roof.
Recommend this company ? Anyone would be foolish NOT to use them !

Shawn and the crew did a great job on the roof, from the quote to the cleanup, it was first rate. I did my research and had 4 companies bid for the job, Shawn impressed me the most and I gave him the okay the next day. It has rained quite a bit in the last 3 weeks since the job was done and there are no leaks, nor complaints. Thanx Titan and try to text Shawn, he likes to work out his thumbs lol.
