This was for a one-time cleaning of my apartment.
Luciano asked detailed questions to get a complete picture of the work to be done [I believe he normally does a site visit, but I asked for someone on very short notice]. He dealt with this in a very professional manner. Cecelia did an excellent job and, if I needed help again, would request her.

Luciano worked very hard to fit his cleaning services into my schedule and budget. He was diligent in obtaining my feedback on the job and addressing any concerns as well. The service was very prompt and friendly. I would recommend Brilho Luxury Cleaning & Services to anyone.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the timing to meet our critical deadline . They came back to do some last minute clean up that was required at no add'l cost to our client . we would highly recommend them in the future !!

My husband and I both run our own businesses and we have a hectic lifestyle. We also have a very messy dog. So, we truly count on Brilho to keep our home in a beautiful state. We have a regular cleaner and she is sweet, attentive to detail and very efficient! We don't know what we would do without her!

I went through a very long, drawn out bathroom renovation project in my loft that lasted four months, three months longer than it should have taken. During this time, my open concept space was covered in dust from demolition, tile cutting and drywall work. There was no point cleaning during the work because it would quickly be dust-laden again. By time it was over, my whole place looked like a white dust storm. Brilho came in with two great ladies who spent an entire day here carefully cleaning every nook and cranny of my entire place. The end result was my loft had returned to its pre-construction state, and with that a return of my sanity. I have since used Brilho's services for party clean up here as well, and will be using them again this holiday season for the next party.
