Last month, I contacted Roof Pro + to possibly re-roof my home
After initially contacting Roof Pro +, they were quick ro respond in visiting our house and provided a detailed quote - while on site that day.
Frank sat down and answered all my questions while on site, and explained some things about roofing that gave me a better understanding of the whole process. On price comparison, I found that Roof Pro+'s $ quotation essentially matched that of one other contractor who has a reputaion for the best prices in our area, and that it was significantly below quotes from 2 other firms. In other words, Roof Pro +, and 1 other contractor, were the best price among 4 suppliers. I compared details of the Roof Pro + quote with the4 others in terms of materials and inclusions, and found it equivalent or better the the higher-priced quotes.
A couple of days later I advised Roof Pro + that I wanted to proceed whith their service. They were quick to provide me with an install date, and went to work here on the date they had stipulated.
They paid great attention to protecting our yard ( and neighbouring lots)from the debris associated with a re-roofing job. Their crew worked efficiently and I was impressed with their politeness, and focus to getting the job done.
We have a 3200 sq. ft. house. The job was completed on time and as speciied. I can see that they paid careful attention to installing the new flashing, making sure all the caulking was well done/tidy and installing the additional roof vents they had recommended. Their protection of the yard, and clean-up, left both our front and back yards in their original condition. They provided a 10 year workmanship guarantee as promised.
I would not hesitate to recommend Roof Pro+. Their workmanship, great crew and attention to getting the job done quickly, properly and cleanly was very impressive. And the new roof looks GREAT!
