I obtained a quote from Guardian before buying my home. The previous owners had let the basement leak to a point where it just smelled awful, and was no doubt turning buyers away.
The property inspection quoted $15K worth of damage, and Guardian's quote was for $3700. It was pretty much the reason why we bought our house, and I'm so happy that we did.
Guardian's price was very competitive, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations in every way. My thanks to Joe and his team!
