John was a very detail inspector. He spent over 4 hours to inspect the house we were about to purchase, gave us tips on how to fix little things and how to save energy. He has a great detector which can detect if there's any leaks or high moisture concentration in the house. Very friendly guy!

I have had several inspectors over the last few years as I have moved from overseas and within Canada. John was by far the best. He was thorough and went through every piece in detail. I was extremely happy with his service, depth of knowledge and timeliness. I would heavily recommend him to anyone.

John did a great job of our house inspection. He was very thorough and provided great answers to questions. He was willing to take the time to fill us in on different systems in the house and suggested maintenance items to follow through on after we take possession. All around a great experience.

Our biggest concern in buying a 30 year old home was what might be behind the walls. He had this really cool inferred camera which allowed us to see if there was any water damage. It was a very positive experience and we would use this company again for sure.
