Steve is very reliable and professional home inspector. Not only sending us the detailed report quickly after the inspection but he called us to discuss it. We had few times experience of Steve's home inspection and my husband and I were very satisfied of Steve's work.

The way I approached a home inspection was more of a peace of mind type of thing given the fact that the house we were interested in (and ended up purchasing) was only 4 years old. Steve was able to point out some minor issues to keep an eye on. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. Exceeded my expectations when he took the time educate me on a number of topics including the houses plumbing and electrical set up). The infrared was interesting too. Very polite and professional. If all their inspectors are like Steve Blayney, I would recommend this company to anyone. Great Work. Money well spent.

Buying a home was a huge decision for us and we relied on having a home inspector guide us through this process. So we called Steve from AA Elite home inspection to help us through this process and we found Steve very Informative and helped us make our decision as to where we stood with our purchase. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure where to start or what to look for in a home inspection company, so I relied heavily on the reviews that AA Elite received on the Homestars site. I'm glad that I did. Steve was very accommodating with our tight time frame. He was extremely thorough and even when he was going through the home, at times it seemed like he was the one buying the house. He took the time to explain the problems and what we needed to do once we took possession, so there won't be any surprises when we move in.

Steve was extremely thorough in his home inspection and explained things every step of the way. The report I got was 77 pages long and certainly helped me save money on my home purchase ($27,000 to be exact). I would highly recommend these guys really for the comfort of knowing they are quality.

I used AA Elites website to book on Sunday evening and by Monday lunchtime had been called back by Steve to confirm the appointment for first thing Wednesday morning and see if I had any questions. For the inspection itself Steve was incredibly thorough and spent nearly 4 hours going over the house, including the roof despite the snow and cold temperature. We accompanied him on the inspection and he continually explained what he was seeing along with offering tips on future maintenance. The infrared camera was very interesting and helpful, again Steve explained exactly what he was seeing. Following the inspection, because the owner returned, we went to a local coffee shop where Steve talked us through all of the photographs he had taken and the areas requiring attention. Finishing with Steve at 3pm he provided the full inspection report by 10.30am the next morning, including a follow up phone call to let me now he was about to send it. I was very impressed with Steve and would highly recommend AA Elite to anyone requiring a home inspection. He was so good the sellers realtor asked for his details so they could recommend AA Elite in the future.

I contacted AA Elite after reading reviews from various companies, many of whom would not even entertain the idea of going out to our location for a job. Steve and John promptly answered my emails and were very flexible and understanding of the time sensitive situation we were in. Steve was ultimately our inspector and got in touch the day before to answer any questions we may have had and to go over the general procedure. Due to the size of the job he was on site for 5 hours and left no stone unturned. Despite all the snow on the ground and roofs, he made his way through everything, including a number of crawl spaces. He is very systematic and encouraged us to come along for the ride, answering the numerous questions we had along the way. He would stop to explain anything and everything and never showed signs of rushing through the job. The use of the infrared camera is an included feature that no other company included at this price. Steve also understood how quickly we needed a report and within 36 hours had provided us with a condensed version with the major issues (going through his 200 photos would have taken a while!), and following that the over 100 page final report. I would highly recommend AA Elite to anyone requiring a home inspection and would most definitely hire them for a future job. Thanks a bunch Steve!

It was a great pleasure to have Steve as our home inspector, who is very friendly, patient and thorough. Also, He is so knowledgable that was being able to answer all of our questions about the house and made us a very decent report. I would highly recommend Steve to the others as he worth every penny we spent.
