During my research to find the right company for the job, only two companies called me back and only Mr Roof Repair specialized in repairs as opposed to whole roof replacements.
I spoke with their customer service rep before Mr Roof Repair sent anyone and she explained in detail what work would be done, what would be covered, what it would cost, and what Mr Roof Repair would do if they found unanticipated problems.
Once the repair was complete, it turns out that Mr Roof Repair delivered everything I expected. They fixed the initial problem and they also fixed another problem that they discovered. They explained what condition my roof was in and suggested what future repairs I might need and in what timeframe, which was an unexpected bonus.
The part of the service that I loved the most was the before and after photos. Mr Roof Repair includes this as part of their service because, as they say, their clients don't get up on the roof often so we can't see what condition it's in. What a great feature! I really appreciated seeing what condition my roof was in -- before and after -- from the safety of my computer.
All that plus the courtesy of the repair person makes me rate Mr Roof Repair a ten.
