This spring, our living room started to leak, so we contacted Mr. Roof Repair.
The workers that came over, took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and took lots of photographs.
They used the photos to show that the roof was in disrepair and explained why it could not easily be fixed during their visit.
To stop water from getting into the house, we decided to go with a temporary repair.
They put a tarp over the damaged area and said that we would receive a roof assessment report within a week.

A week later, we received a very detailed report about the state of our roof.
The report was easy to understand and outlined several options for getting the roof fixed permanently.
We were later contacted by a technical advisor who provided us with estimates for the various options.
Whether in person, on the phone or via email, everyone that we dealt with from the company was professional.
Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend this company if you want to explore roofing options.

I had an ice damming issue on my roof and water seeping into my house, so got it touch with Mrroofrepair to resolve. My agreement with them was to pay 500 to repair the issue, or 200 towards a future bill if the issue was not repairable at the time. The team came after a week for the first inspection (had to cancel once due to weather) and determined the roof needed to be replaced. They claimed to have done minor repairs. However, they took another 10 days to deliver the report. We had to work with a second individual who did not even visit the site to determine the roof needed to be replaced. In this duration, the weather got warm and ice started to melt and there was a serious leak in the house. Turns out that no repairs were done. I called in a panic and was told someone can come put a temporary solution to stop water leaking in, but no one came. Out of frustration I called another roofer, who came the next day, and had my roof replaced the day after. A month later, they billed me for 500! After calling and complaining, they reduced back to 200. Throughout this ordeal, my house probably incurred 1000 worth of damage! I would not recommend them because there were long delays in service, every time I called I spoke with a different person, and no one seemed to take accountability. On top of that they are one of the more expensive roofers.

Mr. Roof Repair was a pleasure to work with. Their staff and technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very polite. We discovered that we had a small leak that was creating damage to a section of our roof. The Mr. Roof Repair Team were able to schedule an inspection quickly and repaired the damage. They followed up with a professional report including photos, which we very much appreciated.

Have used them in the past for roof leaks, excellent response time, report is extremely detailed. Due to the great work they have done in the past i trusted them to do my eaves, soffits and fascia. The work was done well and issues were taken care of immediately would use them again.

Was surprised at the detail the company puts into their inspections. A review of the inspection report is discussed via web share and/or phone, so it's a pretty professional setup. Would highly recommend if you want an honest and thorough job done.

I called several companies but they Mr. Roof Repair responded first and fast. They kept me advised when the repair team would arrive and right on schedule they arrived. Repairs completed as requested. What they did different was provide a report (with pictures) and the status of the roof, what is in good shape and other things I should consider taking further action on. Overall and good experience with this company.

Mr. Roof Repair Was fast, thorough and very efficient. I had a roof leak at my rental property and they provided a full report with photos of the damage and did the repair on the spot. Love the detail they provide! Amazing service, well done guys!

This business is organized, they give you a window for when they are planning to come and actually come in that window. They fixed our roof quickly (it was missing some shingles that had blown off) leading to a leak in our ceiling. Unfortunately they couldn't identify why we had another leak as it must be coming from some other source. I like that they do a debriefing meeting with you after to explain the report they give you on your roof.

They did real good work. They took time to make sure that they had all the angles covered and that there wasn't any possibility of leaks or rotted wood and all of the things surrounding the plumbing were in ship shape. I was very pleased. The pricing was reasonable and the quality was good. I had to make a follow up phone call regarding their responsiveness. I would definitely use them again.

A couple shingles were blown off our upper roof due high winds, resulting in a leak of rain water. Mr. Roof Repair was contacted to obtain a quote and repair date. Both were provided without delay. The crew arrived on time; did the repair work quickly; reviewed the condition of the overall roof; and acted in a professional manner. No problems were encountered. A written report on the roof was received by email within a few days. All-in-all, a good experience. Based upon this job, we would use Mr. Roof Repair again and also recommend their services.
