On time, efficient. Job was completed quickly and cleanly. I called on Canada Day but they did not charge extra because of the holiday. Tech was very polite and respectful. While I found a discrepancy in the quote, after informing Head Office, the company has generously offered to reimburse me. They want happy customers. You can't ask for better than that.

Getting to every site on time is challenging, especially when you have many appointments all across the city. But we try our best to make sure we are on time...and when we cannot make the scheduled time we make sure our customers receive a phone call to advise we are delayed.
