I noticed that the wall of the sump pump pit in the home I recently purchased was cracked. I also had an extension pipe recently installed to redirect outgoing water. Igor came to assess. He was clearly knowledgeable and provided good advice that I took regarding the extension pipe which he showed me was at risk of freezing because of points with no or negative slope. The crack in the sump pump pit required rebuilding of the pit because it was not circular. This meant a potentially messy job involving the breaking of concrete inside my house. Rob came to rebuild the pit. He was very careful to prevent dust and dirt from getting all over the place and was able to minimize disruption to the phone calls I was taking in my office beside the area he was working in. The pit looks much neater now and is easier to access. Rob worked quickly and cleaned up all debris. The entire transaction from my initial phone call to AnTa to completion of the work went smoother and quicker than I expected and the new pit is guaranteed for 25 years. Prior to this work, I had AnTa repair the actual pump which was not operating properly due to a blocked float. The plumber was willing to improvise to fix the problem which clearly was ignored by the previous homeowner due to its complexity. I would definitely recommend AnTa for any type of sump pump work.

We recently had Anta in to replace our water supply line. We were extremely impressed with the service we received throughout the project, from the initial quote, to the final clean-up. Our house provided it's share of challenges but the Anta team completed all tasks with perfection (You can't even tell where the hole was in our driveway!). Tony and his team were extremely knowlegable and answered all our questions in clear and understandable terms. I would DEFINITELY recommend Anta to anyone.

I would like to say thank you to Anta Plumbing and crew members for a job well done. Tony came to the house for the original quote and reviewed the procedure. He was very knowledgeable and to the point. Vadym, Chris, Rob and Nick were very professional and worked hard to get the job done in four days (It was a big job). The crew arrived every morning on time to start their work and always left the worksite clean and safe. Vadym was very approachable and always took the time to answer any questions.

Everyone at Anta Plumbing was very helpful and went the extra mile to fix my situation. Tatyana,Igor and all of the crew did an excellent job of walking me throught the process of getting a backwater valve and removing my p-trap from outside. They were on time, on budget and provided the service quickly. They walked me through the process of applying for the city grants and answered all of my questions even after the work was completed. They arranged for all inspections and got the permits necessary. My front yard had a 10 foot whole in the morning and by the afternoon you would not have known that they were even there. Had a slow moving main line to the street shewer that was backing up. Igor arrived on time, 10am he arrive 9:55am.
Quickly identified the problem with new up to date video equipment. Throughtly cleared the problem. Re videoed the drain and showed me the results. Left the house clean and tidy.

Just wanted to drop a line saying the Anta Plumbing crew yesterday did a very good job. They put in a long, hot day of work, but still managed to clean things up very well at the end. The new water line has greatly increased the water pressure to our house. You can now use a tap upstairs and downstairs at the same time! And we had good timing too - the city has just started to cut cement on our street today!

Tony replaced the water supply line from the city connection to our water meter. Later he need to come and replace the sewer drain from just inside the house to the city line. At the same time he added a backwater valve to prevent the city sewer from backing up into our house. He acquired the necessary permits and made the arrangements for the City inpections. Tony, Tatiana and the AnTa staff were professional in every way and provided great service at a fair price. We checked a few other contracors and all their prices were higher. Tony was great at explaining what he was going to do and why. They responded to our plugged drain within minutes. They started and finished the work when they said they would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

ANTA Plumbing is courteous, timely, and professional. I hired ANTA plumbing to replace the main sewer drains in my front yard. They were able to come the day after I called to book their service. The office staff was helpful and focused on excellent customer service.

The crew arrived on time and finished ahead of time. They arranged for the city inspector to come and inspect the main drains to determine if I qualified for the City's drain replacement grant. Amazingly, they barely left any trace that they had dug an enormous ten foot deep hole in my front yard.
