We contacted Envirotech because we had a severe ice damming problem and I was afraid of permanent damage being done to the house. Our house is almost 50 years old and the original insulation had never been replaced or upgraded.
Mark came out in the evening and I could see right away that he was very professional and really grasped what the problem was.
On the day of the installation, the weather was a bit problematic and traffic was a mess. Mark called me shortly before he was to arrive to assure me that he was on the way and not to worry.
Mark and his assistant were very competent and professional. They cleaned up when they were finished. The job took a little less time than I was quoted, which was a bonus.
