Rocco has been amazing in his work, courtesy and patience.
We had our first meeting with Rocco back in February 20, 2010. We were planning on doing a two story addition in our house. Rocco came home, listened to our ideas and that same week, submitted drawings that met our needs. In order to obtain the city's approval we ended having to go through the Committee of Adjustments and Rocco took care of everything. We got the approval and; unfortunately, due to different circumstances, we needed to do changes to accommodate our new needs. Rocco showed the comprehension and understanding that, I believe, is difficult to find in the fast paced renovation businesses. Once we were ready, Rocco provided new ideas that were incorporated in the current drawings. After more than two years, the renovation has started and we may be back "home" by January 2013.
