Did Installation in Conjunction with Home Depot. Did a great job. Came out on a Sunday to do estimate. Took away old one. No real complaints. Installed new tap to avoid leak. Came when they said they would.. Quality work.

A Plus installed a Trane XR 13 Air conditioner unit in my home this past June. The overall experience I had with the company was really good. From the initial home assessment to determine what my need was to the actual installation of the unit and the follow up call I got from the office people to make sure the technicians had done a good job, this company impressed me. The installation team came on time and was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. I appreciated that they planned out where the unit was going to be placed and gave me a heads up before placing it there. They were very diligent in performing the installation, the finished product felt good. I have gone through an entire summer with the unit and did not have any issues with the unit. I am very happy with the significant cost savings in my hydro bill as my previous unit was almost 20 years old. Thank you Natalie and Shams for a job well done and making the entire experience a comfortable one for me and my family! I have been recommending you guys.

A Plus air solved a difficult problem. It was a cold snowy night...My furnace would cut out and then back on every few hours until it would not start at all. Shams the owner of A plus came to my house in the evening. He checked everything in the furnace and everything appeared OK. He started to check other electrical things in my house and determined there was a electrical back feed from something that was putting more "amps" to the electronic control board in the furnace than it could handle..He eliminated each circuit one by one and then went out side and found the insulation on my Christmas lights extension cord had been gnawed through and electrical current was feeding back to the main electrical panel board and then through the wires that controlled the furnace operation. It was too technical for me..He removed the faulty extension cord and the problem went away.
Someone that did not know what they were doing would have spent Hours and im sure several part changes trying to fix the furnace. All for the cost of a service call. They were great and would give them a 10 plus rating.

Thank God for A Plus!!! Power was out for over a week due to the Ice Storm. When the power finally came back on, the Furnace didn't. A friend of ours told us that A Plus replaced their HVAC system in July after the flood and they did an AWESOME JOB, so we called them. The power surge damaged all the electrical components and the repairs were very costly. We decided to buy a 3 stage Trane Furnace with a DC Motor and a Trane A/C that was installed the next day by Aziz and his helper. Our house has never been this comfortable in the 30 years we have lived here!!! You can't even tell the furnace on. They also filled in and mailed out some rebate forms (we didn't even know we qualified for them) for $650 on our behalf. The Installation was very Professional and they cleaned up after the work was done. My Wife and I are both Happy Customers and we highly recommend A Plus... Thanks Guys!!!

The problem with this company is you need to get a good installer from them, which is a dice roll. Some others obviously have, I did not. When installing the AC they came unprepared, missing several components so they sent someone out to go get them. Fine. Then the AC didn't work as they didn't wire it properly and someone else had to come later and fix that. They also installed a humidifier but I just found out they didn't wire it properly so now they would have had to come fix that had I not fixed it myself. Fortunately they didn't fry the control board on the humidifier control pad. The directions to wire a humidifier from Trane are so simple my 5 year old niece could do it, so not sure how they made such a mess of it.

When you spend $7k or so on gear you expect proper install. A Plus did NOT deliver. I don't care that they eventually fixed some issues, it shouldn't have been a problem to begin with as you should TEST your work before leaving. Unacceptable.

I give them a 2 for install as they didn't appear to improperly install anything physical (such as cutting holes, mounting, etc), but their wiring was terrible and that is a serious thing to get wrong. I would not recommend them again.

A Plus installed a Sime Combination Hot Water Boiler and Water Heater a year ago and the installers were professional and did a good job. The only issues I had were:
a) This was an emergency replacement so I did not have a lot of time to shop around and their pricing took advantage of that.
b) The installer took the TSSA red tag for the furnace and said he would clear it but did not. As a result Consumers Gas turned off my gas and I had to pay to get it back on.

We had a tankless hotwater system installed by these guys, replacing the old broken one.
The technicians stayed till late hours finishing with the installation and making sure everything works as expected. The job was done clean, extra piping has been tucked nicely out of the view. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always smiley; ready to explain the process should you have any questions. Courtesy call to follow the next day from the company checking how the installation went and whether there were any problems with the water since.
No extra or hidden costs. Super quality of the service. Would recommend to anyone (and already have).

Part of my decision to use this company was based on previous HomeStars ratings. From the initial visit to the final billing, the experience was all positive. Natalie, who scheduled the technician and had to step in to handle some concerns of mine, made sure it all turned out right...she was great. It's always refreshing to find a company that puts customer service first!

I have been using A Plus since 1998. As a property management Vice President for over 90 GTA properties, I can without a doubt state that the honesty & excellent work done by A Plus is evident by my relationship with them over the years. I have, on many occassions, reccommended them to family & friends, as I am thoroughly confident in their workmanship.

I had a problem in my hot water tank not getting the hot water at all. Through home depot they came to my place to check, i thought i had to change the water tanks, but they did a geat work they spent 20 minutes and rectified, the best part they did not even charge me further, i was so happy about their service and their advice .
I strongly recommend to any one dealing with A pus Air for the quality job.
