Have my house roof completely re-shingled some 6 years ago. Water started to leak through into the house a few weeks back during heavy rain storms. Called Feng and left a message a number of times for him to come and diagnose/fix the problem. He didn't bother to call me back at all. On my 3rd try, I managed to get hold of, and speak to Feng, the owner. He promised to show up the next day. He never did. Wing Hing simply failed to honour its 10 years written warranty. The leak is an emergency to us, and the company does not care a bit about the damages caused. Very disappointed. Beware ! Avoid hiring this company if at all possible.

Roof completely done 3 years ago. Last Fall wind ripped of some shingles, I called them and they replaced them. Last week after the high wind, more shingles were ripped off. I have called them 7 times and they continue dribbling me ,will come tomorrow, will come tomorrow and there has been rain and more rain in the forecast. Completely fed up with those guys

very good price . 30 years shingle on 2500 sq feet house. they even come back a year later when I worry about sound on the roof. Feng is boss, contact him not his employee

the whole steet 's roof is changed by this company. the boss is good, pay attention to his worker. they might not work hard. Once their boss show up, they begin real work.

also insist only install one house per day so the quality can be good

Great price for the product. The cleaning was not the best as I was still able to fill an extra large black garbage bag of old nails, shingles and roofing bits and pieces all over the perimeter of the house. There was slight damage to my flower garden and hanging planter due to the old shingles falling over them. They need to improve on the removal aspect. Overall replacement work was good and the roof looks great.

What a great company. Wing Hing came in and provided a quote that was about 1/2 of what the competition was. They offered the exact same product and had excellent workmanship and a fraction of the cost. They were in and out in one day and did a great job. They surrounded my home with tarp and made sure there was nothing left hanging aroung including nails that could end up in my car's tires. Great job, great workmanship, and very quick!
