400 dollars of cost above expectations. Look at the extra cost items. Look at the gas line distance, it can add up quickly.
Great installation job, cleaned up after.

We had Protech come and install our gas line for a kitchen renovation. The technician that came to the house was very professional, courteous, and completed the work ahead of schedule. The City of Calgary inspector was very pleased with the work. I would definitely use Protech again and will recommend to friends.

The service was from start to finish was extremly organized, professional and efficient. The installers went above and beyond and we are totally satisfied with the install and heater recommended. We even got a $100 credit since we used Protech a couple of years ago which we forgot about but Protech still had us in their system! Great job / service for an extremely reasonable price!

Protech was awesome! I had 60 linear feet of gas line to run from the meter to my back deck for my bbq. I had 3 other companies provide quotes and Protech won through their competitive pricing and quick knowledgeable Responses. They were friendly on the phone and in person. The pricing was pretty average but their demeanor on the phone and through email ultimately was my decision maker. I just felt comfortable with them installing it.

Once they got to my place the installer troubleshot the gas line so it could be run inside my house instead of lining the outside AND it saved me about $300. Protech is professional and I thought it was amazing they cared more about the best way to do the job then their bottom line.

Contacted Protech and they gave me a quote over the phone. They came when they were scheduled and did a great job of installing my gas line and garage heater. Finished product very neat, area all cleaned up, and works as expected. All company personnel very pleasant to deal with.
Their price was about what I expected to pay which was a fair price, not over inflated like some of the quotes I got.
I would recommend Protech for any similar installs!
