Tony Muscat provided excellent service, was on time. Explained issues technically and in laymen terms. Took a lot of pictures, report was very easy to read and understand. Was very patient in answering all my questions. Had all the necessary equipment and gadgets needed to do a home inspection. Definitely recommended for any type of inspections.

Tony was great! He was very thorough and walked through the house with us inside and out pointing out every little detail. He gave us advise on how to improve items and educated us along the way on what he was doing and how to spot what he could see.

Tony is very knowledgeable and equally personable. He answered all calls promptly, arrived when he said he would, explained what he could do and what he would not do. Inch by Inch Inspections (Tony Muscat) conducted a home inspection for the house we were buying and a pre-sale inspection for the house we were selling. He did an absolutely outstanding job on both properties. He is incredibly knowledgible in not only inspecting houses and discovering possible issues, but also in clearly explaining the severity of the issues and potential remediation solutions. Tony Muscat of Inch by Inch Inspections is extremely professional, caring and prompt a individual, when he heard we may have a mould problem he came immediately. Tony was worried with the level of mould that was contained in this recent purchased older home and he walked me through the process of getting rid of the mould and what dangers were involved. He paid the best attention to us, while we went through this horrible ordeal.

Tony took the time to explain all aspects of his inspection and was patient with our many questions. This summer we came back knowing that there was water damage from a broken pipe. It seemed not to bad, but we wanted to know for sure and remembered Tony from when he did our home inspection a year earlier. We got Tony to agree to come in the house and do an inspection, even before the insurance company was able to organize things them selves. Tony once again took a lot of time inspecting any damage and showing us his findings by taking us through the house showing us everything with all his unique gadgets. He found that the damage was far more extensive showing us the water behind the walls with his infra red camera. He created a great report that we could use in hand when we finally had the insurance assess-er in the house and tell them exactly where to go and what to look at. We are now going through the process of remediation and rebuild, but I can pick up the phone and call Tony and he continued to give us helpful tips.

The second time we used Tony's services and again it is worth every cent. The insurance would have cut corners, now they can not as Tony showed us where the damage was, so we could show the Insurance and their subcontractors. I would recommend Tony any time to anybody who needs an inspection whether it is for buying your house or assessing damages beyond what the eye can see, Tony is your man for the job
